Spent most of today weeding the fruit cage. If you look closely you can see the odd tomato plant, well tomatoes are fruit so I decided to leave them in the fruit cage. (That’s what you get when you make your own compost!)
All the effort is worth it because of this……
….and nobody stealing them (don’t say anything about mice)!
I’m planning on mulching with straw to protect the strawberry’s from the wet and suppress the weeds. 🙂
