After having our roast dinner on Sunday and also having a Rissotto since, here’s another Idea to use your left over chicken. Chicken savoury rice, a good way to use your left over everything.
Put on some rice to cook. Then, free your chicken carcass of more of it’s chicken.
Chop up gathered veg from leftovers in kitchen, including half an onion.
When the rice is almost cooked strain it, put it back in the saucepan with the lid on to steam.
While it’s steaming, saute the veg starting with the onion and last of all the chicken pieces..
When everything is good and hot add the rice and stir it thoroughly and serve with a glass of wine!
