    1. Thanks for your comment. I don’t know the name of the dark one but the lighter one is called ‘Wild Eve’. I’m sorry you had no success, maybe try again in the spring. It is worth remembering they need a lot of water when they are first planted.

      1. Yes I always garden organically and make my own compost. I have bought manure to put on the roses too and also got some from a friendly farmer 🙂
