Fakenham Market Finds

As you may know, I kinda like wooden spoons.

Some for cooking

Spoons 1

and some for looking at and admiring.

Spoons 2

I found this one on the market for just £1.00, not for cooking I don’t think!

Spoons 3

I might have a go at painting it and hang it on the wall 🙂

Fakenham market finds

I’m a day late in reporting on my visit to Fakenham’s weekly market. This weeks purchase was yet another wooden spoon!

I don’t like modern wooden spoons and look out for a proper spoon shape. This one was only 20p!

Here is my complete wooden spoon collection….

….all sitting neatly in a nice glass jug also bought from Fakenham Market a while ago for 50p.

I’ve just started reading a book by Judith Levne called ‘Not Buying it’ it’s about a year without shopping and only buying what you need. I suppose that rules out buying wooden spoons!
